My journey began as an engineer at Nvidia before I founded and led a behavior design agency that partnered with both scrappy startups and Fortune 500 giants for two decades. Along the way, I became fascinated by how people and organizations truly transform, steering teams and company cultures to embrace growth and adaptability. Now, I’ve shifted my focus to coaching and speaking so I can help individuals, like you, navigate the transitions that shape life’s most important chapters.
